Payment Information
Payment Information - 2023
All trips aboard Days Work require a deposit to be made at the time of booking in order to secure your
desired date. Booking deposits amount to 10% of the total charter price and will be deducted from your remaining
balance. Please see below for instructions on how to pay your deposit online.
Booking Deposit via Venmo
Our preferred method to collect deposits is Venmo. Once you've spoken to a member of our team about the type of trip you'd like to take and your desired date, we'll send you a link to put down your deposit. Your trip will not be confirmed until this deposit is paid.
The remaining balance of your trip is due on the date your charter occurs. The remaining balance may be paid using cash or Venmo. There is an ATM located inside the tackle shop at Snug Harbor Marina if needed.
If a mate assisted you on your charter, it is customary to leave them a 15-20% tip for their assistance throughout the day. We prefer that this tip be made in cash, but we can also accept them on Venmo as well. 100% of your tip will go directly to the mate.
Alternative Booking Deposit
If you are unable to utilize Venmo to make your deposit, we can offer the alternative of booking with us on FishingBooker.com. By booking with us on this platform, you'll be able to pay your deposit using a credit card. We prefer that you book directly with us as Fishing Booker does take a fee.
Our Fishing Booker account only accepts payments for deposits. If you choose to use this platform, the remaining balance of your charter will still need to be paid on the day of your trip, we can accept cash or Venmo for this.
Additionally, if a mate assisted you on your charter, it is customary to leave them a 15-20% tip for their assistance throughout the day. We prefer that this tip be made in cash, but we can also accept them on Venmo as well. 100% of your tip will go directly to the mate.
