Each guest must fill out a Liability Waiver prior to boarding the vessel. Guests under the age of 18 must have a legal parent or guardian fill out the waiver on their behalf. These waivers will be available to you at the dock prior to departure. However, if you would like to save time the day of, please download and sign the waiver, and be sure to bring it to the dock before your trip. If you need a PDF version, let us know!
