Cancellations Made by Guests:
Cancellations made by guests within 14 days of the designated charter date will NOT receive a refund on any payment they have made towards their trip. This includes the deposit payment or the full trip price if you have chosen to pay in full at the time of booking. If there are extenuating circumstances, please let us know and we will do our best to make an accommodation for you.
Cancellations Due to Unsafe Weather:
1) Guests may reschedule their charter for another date that aligns
with the schedules of both parties. Days Work Charters will keep any payments you have
made on your trip and put them towards the newly rescheduled trip date.
Guests will still be responsible for the remaining charter balance.
2) Guests may elect to cancel their charter and receive a full refund on any
payments they have made towards their trip.
Please note that unfavorable weather conditions such as rain, clouds, or temperature do not apply to our unsafe weather cancellation policy. Days Work Charters LLC fishes rain or shine and will only cancel for weather reasons if weather or sea conditions are unsafe for guests.
