Alcohol Policy

Permitted Alcohol: 

• Guests of Days Work Charters LLC are permitted to bring along beer and/or wine for themselves to enjoy during the charter experience. 

• Hard alcohol, liquor, and distilled spirits are not permitted on any charter operated by Days Work Charters LLC. 

Significant Impairment:

• The safety of our guests is of utmost importance, alcohol must be consumed responsibly while out on the water. 

• In the event that a guest becomes too impaired due to excessive alcohol consumption, the charter will be concluded and all guests onboard will be brought back to the dock immediately. No refund will be provided for the loss of charter time. 

• All guests consuming alcohol while on charter must be of legal drinking age (21 years old). Should an underage guest consume alcohol, the charter will be concluded and all guests onboard will be brought back to the dock immediately. No refund will be provided for the loss of charter time. 

Note: Days Work Charters LLC reserves the right to enforce this alcohol 

policy and may ask any and all guests to discontinue consuming alcohol 

if necessary. Additionally, the Captain of the vessel reserves the right to 

confiscate any alcohol that is not permitted onboard or is overly consumed, 

and also reserves the right to end the charter experience at any time due to 

overconsumption and impairment of guests.
